In achieving this transformation Landlink worked with David Reid Homes and the landowner providing topographical survey data, undertaking construction set out and offering planning advice. The house was a finalist for the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition 2015 and won the Carters $1 million – $2 million build award for the Wellington/Wairarapa region.
