The Waikanae North Development Zone was created in 2006 but Landlink’s involvement with the land dates back before 2005. Over this time we have worked with a number of landowners and the council to help define a vision for the land. Having come through the plan change process we are now working hard to implement the masterplan vision through the subdivision process.
The incorporation of a retirement village and school has required some rethinking of the original masterplan and infrastructure requirements. At Landlink we have worked hard to ensure that the original vision set for the development is not compromised with the creation of ‘superblocks’ to facilitate this.
Over the years we have supported the landowner by securing added value where possible and providing relevant timely advice on land development issues and options.
